Skype for Business enhancing software solution from Modality Systems to be feature demonstration at Pexip booth 2142 at Microsoft Ignite 2016

September 19 - New York, NY - Pexip, a leading innovator in scalable, distributed communications software, will be working with Modality Systems to showcase the full features and benefits of Modality Systems' newly launched software - CustomInvite.

CustomInvite is an Outlook plugin that simplifies the user experience of scheduling and joining Skype for Business meetings. Building on the solid foundation of the native Skype for Business invite, CustomInvite provides organizations with the ability to customize their meeting invites, enhancing the user experience, saving time and costs.

Pexip's award-winning Infinity platform enables organizations to seamlessly communicate using legacy video conferencing and WebRTC-based communications with Microsoft enterprise communication solutions, such as Microsoft® Skype™ for Business and Surface Hub. Organizations use Pexip to communicate across technology platforms to simplify workflows and drive efficiencies. The Pexip platform runs in an organization's data center or in a private or public cloud, such as Microsoft Azure. Infinity also allows for dynamic hybrid-cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure.

"We are very excited to work with Modality Systems, the recognized leader in its field." Åsmund O. Fodstad, Pexip CEO

By integrating Modality Systems' CustomInvite software solution with the Pexip platform, organizations can create powerful, custom solutions for their users that will simplify collaboration, enhance the user experience, and save time and costs. The full benefits can be seen first-hand at booth 2142 at Microsoft Ignite.

Modality Systems, the world's largest dedicated Skype for Business practice and winner of the Microsoft Communication Partner of the Year 2016 award, is recognized as a global leader in complete end-to-end communication and collaboration solutions for enterprise. The company focuses on developing and deploying complete collaboration environments to support business goals, all built around Microsoft Skype for Business and Office 365.

A key element of Modality Systems service offering is its ability to tailor make solutions that are easily adopted by its customers. Working together with Pexip is set to further expand that offering by allowing Modality Systems customers to quickly and easily benefit from both their new and existing communication deployments thanks to Pexip's world renowned cross-platform interoperability solution.

"Today, customers move rapidly to video based communications rather than just audio, and as a result, require cross-platform video interoperability to make sure both their existing and new solutions work seamlessly together. This is what drives the adoption of new products and solutions in the enterprise." said Åsmund O. Fodstad, CEO of Pexip. "With quick and simple adoption of solutions, organizations can greatly increase productivity and efficiency, directly impacting their bottom line. We are very excited to work with Modality Systems, the recognized leader in its field."

Modality Systems and Pexip can both be seen at Microsoft Ignite, 26-30 September, in Atlanta, Georgia, where they exhibit at booth no. 1748 and 2142 respectively.
