Wainhouse Research Enhances Unified Communications & Collaboration Coverage with Three New Industry Analysts

Bill has over 15 years of experience supporting, delivering, and designing converged collaboration services in a global communications environment. Prior to joining WR, Bill served as Director, Unified Collaboration, at Level 3 and Global Crossing, leading a team of product line managers and application developers responsible for service development, marketing, P&L, customer experience, and product road mapping. Bill will leverage this experience to assist WR clients in market analysis and research, roadmap consultation, and business case development. Bill is based in Denver, Colorado and will serve WR clients globally.

Scott Walters joins the WR team as a Senior Consultant to collaboration service providers (CSPs) and enterprise users through one of WR's strategic advisory programs -- CollaborationPlan. Scott began working with WR in late 2011 through a partnership and now joins the company full time. He has over 12 years of experience in the conferencing service provider community, where he held roles in business and channel development at PGi, Global Crossing, NetworkIP, and InterCall. Scott will assist WR CSPs and enterprise users with strategy and vendor selection as well as improving operational processes. Scott is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and works with WR clients globally.

Additionally, he has held senior marketing roles at EAW, JBL, and Bose. With over 15 years covering audio and video technologies, Mark is well positioned to join the WR team as a Senior Analyst covering videoconferencing and streaming media, leveraging his expertise to provide critical assessment of the market, vendors, and emerging opportunities. Mark is located in Boston, Massachusetts, and will provide syndicated studies and strategic consulting services for WR clients globally.
