About Telepresence Options
to2k8_250x349px.jpgTelepresence Options 2009 is an annual multimedia survey of Telepresence Systems, Telepresence Managed Service Providers, Telepresence Sub-Systems/Peripherals, and Inter-networking Telepresence.

The survey is a project of the Human Productivity Lab, an independent research firm and consultancy that follows the emerging telepresence industry. The paper was and remains the most comprehensive and widely-read paper on the subject of telepresence conferencing.

About The Human Productivity Lab:

The Human Productivity Lab is the leading telepresence consulting firm for global Fortune 5000 corporations across a broad range of industry sectors like financial institutions, multinational telecommunications and pharmaceutical companies.  The Lab was founded by Howard S. Lichtman, a productivity-focused technologist who advises firms how to successfully deploy telepresence to enhance internal and external communications, cut costs and improve environmental responsibility by reducing business travel, and increase organizational productivity and bottom line revenue. On the vendor side, the Lab works with both established technology brands and emerging companies entering the telepresence industry to develop business strategy, sales force training and creative marketing.

While the Human Productivity Lab also works with top-tier technology brands and the many other new players entering the burgeoning telepresence industry, we maintain a position of vendor-neutrality toward all manufacturers, managed services, and network providers. In assessing end-user firms' needs, the Lab advises its clients with impartial evaluations of the many telepresence options available to them.
