InFocus launches Mondopad 2.0 - All-in-One videoconferencing, display, and interactive whiteboard
PORTLAND, Ore., Jun. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Making video conferencing and group-work efficient across multiple locations, collaboration technology pioneer InFocus Corporation (www.infocus.com) today released Mondopad 2.0. The new Mondopad enhances the capabilities of the first ever large-format, all-in-one, video conferencing touchscreen collaboration device for the conference room, classroom, distance education center and multi-point office. In addition, Mondopad 2.0 offers new features that make sharing, annotating, archiving and overall collaboration easier, particularly between multiple locations.
The InFocus Mondopad is a 57-inch, 70-inch and 80-inch diagonal 1080p, large-format, multi-point touch display that's easy to see anywhere in the room, powered by an on-board PC with open standard technology that's compatible with Microsoft Office and Intel. Mondopad 2.0 offers on-board storage and has a built-in collaboration software suite.
"When we introduced Mondopad in 2011, we were the first to introduce a full-service collaboration system designed to improve work efficiency. With its built-in business-class video calling and a sharable digital whiteboard, it became the giant touchscreen solution that everyone wanted in their conference room, classroom or remote office," said Raymond Yu, InFocus president. "We continue to add features based on customer feedback, adding more than a hundred improvements in Mondopad 2.0 making it the ideal tool to replace the archaic equipment found in conference and classrooms. With InFocus Mondopad, customers can expect a single solution to do everything they need to be efficient, effective and productive."
