InfoComm 2015 - New Announcement Roundup

Anoto plans to unveil new technologies in digital pens at the InfoComm Expo in Orlando, Fla., from June 17 to 19, 2015. Participants will be able to interact with the devices and network with their creators, and Anoto has paired up with We-Inspire and Panasonic to demonstrate how attendees can use the innovations. A developer of digital writing solutions, the company's pens allow for fast and reliable transmission of handwriting into a digital format. The new technology is popular in a range of industries because it can be used on paper, devices, and larger surfaces.
Visualization company Barco will have its new NRC-200 interactive collaboration platform on display. ClickShare, which provides content sharing with a click of a button, now features AirPlay capability to enable full mirroring of iOS devices throughout the ClickShare products. Combined with the company's business projectors and high-resolution video walls, the new capabilities will enhance communications.
Blue Jeans plans to introduce expo attendees to its newest product, Primetime, which can connect thousands of participants for large events, providing a truly interactive video experience. Additionally, its product Blue Jeans Relay allows users entry into a video meeting with only one tap on a tablet; Command Center allows for Realtime service intelligence for your IT organization.
Revolabs will reveal its all-new FLX� UC 1500 IP & USB conference phone, a USB solution that lets users add two directional microphones and can bridge calls between VoIP and UC desktop applications. The phone eliminates separate conferencing units for IP communications and USB requirements, such as softphone calls, webinars, and other computer-based collaboration. The system also allows users to join any type of call, which solves problems with switching equipment or managing multiple solutions to accommodate UC desktop applications or PBX-based systems. Revolabs also will be introducing wired goosenecks microphones, its Version 1.1.5 Software, and revoCloud.
Nureva Inc. plans to display its first business product, the Nureva Span ideation system digital canvas, which incorporates familiar tools used in paper-based ideation such as flip charts and sticky notes. The system includes a panoramic projector to create an expansive 4 ft. by 40 ft. digital canvas with 10 visible (1.2 � 12.2 m with 3.05 m visible) team workspaces. Users create ideas on a computer or tablet and share them on the team workspace in the cloud. Software is available to create digital artifacts and post them to the shared canvas.
Planar Systems, Inc. will have its recently introduced DirectLight LED Video Wall Calculator on display. The free, online tool helps customers visualize and plan for their LED video wall installations even before they make their purchase by simplifying the video wall selection process.
Up to Ten Cascade Systems Can seamlessly collaborate with Silicon Valley-based Prysm, Inc.'s Cascade collaboration video walls and displays, now available with Synthesis 2.0. The product allows for cutting edge real-time, and multi-site mirroring of content in conjunction with powerful and easy administrative tools and rapid cloud-based services. The system also allows for annotations and notes instantly shared across every mirrored Cascade system. Browser actions such as scrolling, clicking links, and interacting with multi-touch content are synchronized, which brings web-based apps into the collaboration experience.
YCD Multimedia is announcing its collaboration with rp Visuals to announce a multi-resolution, multi-display technology "digital zipper." Using the YCD C-nario Suite software, the companies will feature seven displays comprised from different technologies (projection, flat panel, and direct LED) seamlessly running content across each element. "The power behind C-nario Suite is that we treat all displays as one canvas of pixels regardless of the technology. This, along with our enterprise grade content management architecture can playback content across different configurations of display elements at any number of locations," says Eran Sharon, vice president of product management for YCD.
Jupiter Systems is partnering with InfoComm to offer two CTS-accredited courses that will provide education on specification and deployment of award-winning Jupiter Systems Hardware and Software Visualization and Collaboration Solutions. The 90-minute sessions provide attendees the chance to earn Renewable Units that they can use toward CTS/CTS-D/CTS-I certification. CTS is a supplier of collaborative visualization solutions for conference rooms, PCs, mobile devices, and video walls.
