eZuce Launches ViewmeTM Cloud Service, Expanding UC-as-a-Service Offering to Include Visual Collaboration
ANDOVER, MA - June 2, 2015 - eZuce Inc., a provider of open visual collaboration and unified communications (UC) solutions to enterprises and service providers, today announced that it has released ViewmeTM Cloud, the cloud-delivered version of its video collaboration solution ViewmeTM. Viewme Cloud enables each user to create their own meeting place, giving them the ability to create highly interactive and productive meetings on the fly. Participants can join via any device, share desktops and files, and interact in real time. With virtually unlimited meeting space available, the entire workforce of an organization can realize the benefits of visual collaboration to increase productivity, enhance team work, and improve working relationships throughout the building, across the city or around the world.
Delivered from eZuce's global Video Server Cluster (VSC), the eZuce Cloud, the solution is offered direct to enterprise as well as to small and medium business (SMB) customers through service providers worldwide. In either scenario, Viewme Cloud offers the ability to brand the service from client interfaces to meeting room experience.
- Viewme Cloud for the Enterprise - provides immediate enterprise-class features without delay to build and manage infrastructure. Service can be turned on within hours with secure and easy access to both administrative and user portals.
- Viewme Cloud for Service Providers - designed for service providers that have wide scale market reach, especially into the SMBs. Service providers can offer the service from within their own cloud infrastructure or directly from the eZuce Cloud.
"eZuce made it easy for us to rapidly offer a new compelling service to our SMB customers," stated Diederich Wermser, Managing Director of IANT. "eZuce is enabling us to deliver a complete, fully-featured collaboration offering that includes voice, IM and presence. Making all the service available from the cloud simplifies the delivery and helps us deliver a more cost-effective, and ultimately more profitable, service."
"Visual collaboration solutions, such as eZuce's Viewme Cloud, are opening the doors for increased workplace productivity and stronger interactions between employees, partners and customers," said Rob Arnold, Frost & Sullivan Principal Analyst. "The workforce is changing as more employees are working remotely and from distributed locations. Viewme Cloud looks to address these changing requirements with a collaboration application that effectively brings professionals together no matter where they are located."
"Over the past several years, end users have moved outside of IT to find innovative collaboration apps and this has caused real management, security and compliance problems for IT administrators," said eZuce Founder and CEO Jerry Stabile. "Viewme Cloud allows our customers to bring collaboration back into the control of IT, providing the ease of use and scale end users need within a framework that delivers best-in-class visual collaboration across the enterprise."
