The new meeting space significantly boosts its current Virtual Connect service by using cloud technology by Polycom, a recognized industry leader for 24 years.

Virtual Connect Polycom Powered enables high-quality, face-to-face video collaboration through a variety of technologies from the boardroom, desktop, laptop, or mobile device - anywhere, anytime. The new meeting space is delivered with a self-service management portal that has been designed to simplify and expedite the on-boarding process. New users to the service can easily create a room and host a meeting in minutes.

In addition, the service is backed by an industry-changing management portal, which includes 60-second on-boarding, billing feeds, usage reports, call-scheduling, call-launch, in-call functions, and hierarchical management of organization structures and user roles and privileges.

BCS Global will present the new meeting space to the industry February 9-11, 2015 at TEAM Polycom 2015 in Orlando, Fla.
