Vodafone Brings Video Conferencing Service for Enterprises

BANGALORE: Vodafone Business Services (VBS) is all set to introduce its new managed video conferencing service for enterprises so that they can experience virtual face-to-face communication with various members anytime, anywhere. The service is network and device agnostic and will provide smooth, continuous conferencing experience.

During the launch of the service, Naveen Chopra, Director of Vodafone Business Services said that, "Uninterrupted communication, anytime and anywhere, is the need of Indian enterprises today to keep pace with the evolution in digital communication. Our managed video conference service for enterprises in India would be a cost effective way of connecting with various stakeholders, and improving the effectiveness of flexible working initiatives. Vodafone aims to offer products and services that focus on varied aspects of the Indian Enterprises' telecommunications requirements. The introduction of managed video conference service is another step to establish Vodafone as a Total communications provider," as reported by Economic Times.

The service can be supported on various devices like video conferencing end points, laptops, tablets, smartphones and enterprises can connect to the service using MPLS VPN, Private Leased Circuits (National and International), Internet Leased Lines, Office Wire line Voice and Audio Conferencing Services.

This is a cloud based service and is obtainable via subscription. Vodafone also provides a unique online self-care portal that takes care of online video conferences; also it has unlimited plans for this particular service.
