IRobot sees growth in Roomba, telepresence robots
IRobot stock slipped 10 percent Wednesday after the company reported its first-quarter net income had slid to $5.3 million from $8.4 million.
And while revenue was in line with projections, investors didn't take too kindly to net income numbers, which the company blamed on investment tax credits taken last year.
For all intents and purposes, the Roomba and other home robots are still powering much of Bedford-based iRobot.
