Videxio launches its Analytics toolset at InfoComm 2013
Lysaker, Norway 09. June 2013 - "Videxio Analytics" is a key element of the Videxio Video Cloud Service platform and the first application that enables channel partners to have the right information to help them drive customer adoption and usage.
This toolset also enables the channel partners with detailed media and network analytics to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Videxio Analytics is the most advanced statistics and monitoring tool on the market. It enables our Channel Partners to increase sales by facilitating meaningful business meetings with their customers using the Videxio service to review videoconferencing adoption and usage analysis that brings insights to usage trends, active/inactive users, call statistics and customer trends. This helps to take the mystery out of the customer ROI discussion.
The Analytics module also enables our Channel Partners' Network Operation Centers to effectively support end-users through access to detailed media and network analytics, right down to the specifics of a particular call. This module also features Videxio's Automated Call Quality Rating (ACQR) system that provides live event notifications, and automated identification of poor� quality calls.
The Analytics application allows our Channel Partners to get:
- Detailed call record statistics and usage trends to help drive end-user usage and adoption
- Detailed Media analytics tool for trend analysis and statistics including full signaling trace
- Event notifications for any services change, new sales and trial subscriptions
