Developer of applications for Cisco business video -- including Unified Communications, TelePresence and Media Experience -- Vyopta Incorporated this week announced that its vAnalytics application now features expanded support. Specifically, it supports organizations that provide video communications managed services.
An analytics and reporting application, vAnalytics provides business intelligence in regards to an organization's video communications investment. The application also provides insight into trends in overall system health, system utilization, capacity to support video calls, call patterns, types of calls and conference sizes, to name a few. Best of all, all information is presented in a simple, secure Web interface.
Different dashboards and reports make it easier to sift through data, making for faster decision making in terms of planning, budgeting, asset management and more. Some customers have even expanded data collection to align video with business objectives in order to gain more value from their investment.
Video managed service providers can look forward to vAnalytics' multicustomer model support with included billing interfaces for more accurate reporting and invoicing by customer. Platform enhancement includes multicustomer analytics and reporting, new distribution reports and data collection from additional systems.
