Whitlock Expansion in Northeast Continues with Strategic New Hire, Jonathan Shor

Richmond, VA March 14, 2012 -- Whitlock, a global AV solutions provider, is proud to announce that Jonathan Shor has joined the company as its new General Manager for the Northeastern Region. Formerly the head of AV in New York for Shen, Milsom & Wilke, Jonathan will head up sales and delivery efforts for one of Whitlock's largest geographical regions, running from Pennsylvania up through Maine.
"After opening new offices in both Philadelphia and New York City in recent years, we have reached a point in our growth where we needed a focused leader to closer manage our operations, quality delivery and managed services in these key markets," states Julian Phillips, Whitlock's Vice President. "Jonathan has the perfect background to take charge of this role."
With more than fifteen years of experience in AV integration, relationship management and leadership, Jonathan has extensive expertise in dealing with large enterprise accounts in the northeast, and worldwide. Along with his business acumen, he has a strong technical background as a former engineer and project manager, and has earned his CTS-D certification from InfoComm.
"My primary focus in 2012 will be to build out Whitlock's sales force and technical teams to meet the growing demands in the region," says Jonathan. "Whitlock has a great reputation, proven delivery capabilities on a global level and solid relationships to use a foundation to continue its expansion. I'm excited about this new role."
