NEW YORK, Mar 20, 2012 -- Dimension Data, the $5.8 billion global specialist IT solutions and services provider, will showcase its leadership in converged communications and collaboration services at Enterprise Connect 2012, March 26-29 in Orlando, Fla., through multiple speaking sessions, onsite demos and industry analyst presentations being held in the Dimension Data booth (#529).

David Danto, principal consultant for Dimension Data's audio visual, multimedia, telepresence, unified communications and video business, will participate in the below two sessions at the show:

He is an acknowledged expert with more than 30 years of media and converged communications strategic planning and deployment experience for firms across many industries, including the broadcasting and academic sectors.
Demos Highlight Leadership in Managed Video Services -- Dimension Data booth #529
User adoption is the number one challenge many organizations face when investing in video systems. As a result, there is a growing need for the support and guidance of an experienced partner to drive adoption and ongoing usage of video solutions -- a key requirement to generate a positive return on an organization's technology investment. Dimension Data will demonstrate its recently-launched Managed Service for Visual Communications (MSVC), which provides flexible monitoring, maintenance and support for video endpoints -- including on-premise, off-premise or hybrid solutions -- with 24x7x365 local language support and an on-demand video help desk.
"This year's show gives us an opportunity to highlight our continued leadership in converged communications," said Scott Cruikshank, director of converged communications at Dimension Data. "In addition to our new MSVC service, we were recently recognized as Cisco's first global Authorized Technology Partner (ATP) for its TelePresence solutions. This acknowledgement allows Dimension Data to provide Cisco TelePresence solutions across its market of 49 countries worldwide and underscores Dimension Data's market leadership and operational excellence in visual communications."
Furthermore, Forrester Analyst, Art Schoeller, will present the following 30-minute sessions in the Dimension Data booth (#529) on Tuesday, March 27, 2012:
- Putting the User at the Center of the New Collaboration Experience (12:30 -- 1)
- SIP Trunking: Key Considerations for Design and Deployment (2:30 -- 3)
- Mobility and BYOD Best Practices (3:30 -- 4)
- Contact Center Spending Plans: Innovation and Differentiation (4:30 -- 5)
Numerous Dimension Data executives will be on site and available during the conference, discussing key topics such as SIP trunking migration, enterprise mobility, video adoption and virtual computing. If you're interested in setting up a briefing or demonstration, please contact: email@example.com.
