Whygo ensures that users are able to create meetings with any combination of system, platform and connectivity, with the entire process automated from booking to billing.
Synchronizing calendars is easy with Whygo, meaning users who keep their facility availability using Outlook, Lotus Notes, Entourage and many more internal calendaring platforms don't need to change platforms or existing processes.
Whygo simply syncs with existing systems calendars so when users use their Whygo system they will have live real-time availability of their own facilities on the one video scheduling platform.
Whygo's system is cloud-based so users can simply subscribe to the service and be up and running in minutes. A multi-tenant architecture ensures that users are able to see only their own private sites, however, should they want access to other B2B communities or networks, it is just a matter of providing access to the user accounts.
The new platform provides the ability to upload and display fixed network and dial-up network tariffs meaning users can see exactly how much their private or private & public room and connection costs will be. Add in the Whygo reporting tool and users can get all the insight they need from ROI to travel savings.
The new Whygo platform was implemented in late August 2011 and is now visible on over 300 partner websites.
"The development of this application solves a very real gap in the video facility scheduling market," James Matthews, Whygo's Chief Executive Officer said. "We have many customers using our platform to schedule public facilities today and on many occasions they asked if they could schedule their own private rooms as well. Well now for the first time they can and they can see live availability of their private rooms. We are very excited about it and hope everyone likes it."
