Jeff joins Teliris with over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently as President of Business Markets Group at Level 3 Communications. Prior to this, Jeff held a variety of marketing and strategy positions at Level 3, including Senior VP of Products and Marketing for Level 3 Europe.
