Talk & Vision is a provider of visual collaboration solutions and managed conferencing services throughout the European Union and IVCi is an integrator of high definition video conferencing and telepresence solutions, audio visual systems, and managed conferencing services in the US.

The companies have partnered for more than seven years to provide services to mutual clients. Expansion of the agreement is hoped to promote tight integration of the company's joint Video Network Operation Centers as well as enhance service and support options for their customers.
