The Visual Communications Industry Group (VCI-Group) will hold its Second Annual Conference at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, October 10-12, 2011. Committing to keynote presentations at the three-day event are representatives from Polycom, Inc., Cisco Systems and Hewlett Packard. Other components of the conference include hands-on training classes, industry leader panel discussions, and forums with industry analysts.

The conference comes at a time when the need for visual communications education and information sharing has never been greater. The industry is evolving. New products, services and systems are being introduced regularly and major telepresence companies are moving toward unified communications. As a result more companies, enterprises and government agencies are realizing the value of quality communications products and the importance of having the most up-to-date information.
