InfoComm 2011 Kicks-Off Wednesday, June 15th - A Preview of Telepresence & Visual Collaboration at the Show

The InfoComm Show is held annually in June and is designed for professionals in the audiovisual, information communications, and systems integration industries. This year's show will be visited by more than 32,000 AV professionals, CIOs, industry leaders, and other personnel from 90 countries and will feature tens of thousands of AV products and services from leading manufacturers in the industry. The show will offer more than 300 educational seminars, labs and workshops, many of which will be essential training for AV and systems integrations professionals to remain current in the ever changing technologies of communications. HP's VP and GM of HP Visual Collaboration, Rob Scott, will 
deliver the opening keynote address. His speech will focus on extending the power of personal connections, explaining how companies, today, are taking advantage of HD video to extend natural visual experiences across their company. Also part of his speech, Scott will explain how software-based videoconferencing technologies are significantly changing the total cost of ownership, by opening up new opportunities for business - such as diminishing distance barriers, increasing productivity, and decreasing travel costs and a company's carbon footprint. HP's will be in Booth# 1083.

Vidyo will be unveiling a new telepresence solution at InfoComm. You can get the complete scoop at Telepresence Options on June 8th and check out the new system in action at Vidyo's Booth # 1375.

Polycom is set to exhibit at Infocomm. Along with their exhibit, they plan on discussing the Polycom Eagle Eye Director, their Video Content Management Platform - the Accordent Media Management System - as well as a sneak peak of their SoundStructure VoIP Interface. Polycom will also be discussing other various telepresence products. They can be found at Booth # 1363.

RADVISION will be showcasing and demonstrating its new Telepresence Room along with their iPad Control Application. Also they will feature RADVISION SCOPIA at their booth, # 1883. SCOPIA is a desktop UC gateway for Microsoft Lync and mobile client.

Telepresence Options will be exhibiting at InfoComm and will be giving
 away hard copies of the Telepresence Options 2011 Yearbook and Telepresence Options Magazine at Booth #688

The company will also be rolling out the Telepresence Options 2011 Program for vendors looking to reach the largest identifiable audience in the world interested in telepresence and visual collaboration, managed services, and inter-networking.
