Elfoid: 'Fetus-Like' Robot Cellphone Will Creep You Out (VIDEO)

This is easily the creepiest cellphone ever.
Elfoid, the latest creation from Hiroshi Ishiguro, a professor at Osaka University, is supposed to act as more than just a cellphone, according to IEEE Spectrum. In fact, the idea is to transmit the "human presence."
The little, "fetus-like" anthropomorphic android/cellphone hybrid uses a motion capture system to transmit your head and facial movements to a recipient. It's oddly generic look was chosen so it could be recognized as any person, young or old, male or female.
