Two new services for Telepresence, the immersive videoconference solution from Orange Business Services

Less than a year after the launch of Telepresence, Orange Business Services introduces two new services to enrich this offer, available today in 104 countries, making it the world's largest coverage.
 
Simplifying Telepresence users' everyday lives
 
To improve the Telepresence solution, Orange Business Services offers a new 24/7 personalized concierge help-desk service. Businesses and their employees have a personal assistant in charge of reservations, the technical setup and management of the meetings, as well as technical support. Orange Business Services offers businesses customized support, allowing them to benefit from all of the solution's advantages without having to worry about how it operates. The Telepresence solution also integrates a new line of equipment and conference rooms.
 
Accelerate decision-making by involving external participants thanks to Telepresence Community
 
To allow businesses to visually communicate with external entities, Orange Business Services offers Telepresence Community. This solution is compatible with all Telepresence-related solutions offered to businesses anywhere in the world, on the Orange network. By integrating their customers, partners or even service providers into the Telepresence user community, businesses drastically increase their productivity and speed up decision-making processes.
 
Orange Business Services' Telepresence is entirely compatible with currently installed video equipment. A multi-location conference can be organized between Telepresence equipped conference rooms and other traditional HD/SD videoconference rooms.
