Telanetix's AccessLine Division Continues Contact Center Market Momentum

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 12 -- Telanetix, Inc., a leading IP solutions provider offering telepresence and VoIP services to the SMB and SME markets, has signed an agreement with NAVIS, a nationwide provider of short term vacation
rental solutions via its west coast-based contact center. Telanetix is to provide business phone service connectivity for NAVIS's contact center.


With cutting-edge NAVIS technologies and their proven insight on how to optimize the return on their customers' vacation rental or resort hotel businesses, it is possible for their customers to capture more caller data,
mine that data for more focused and targeted marketing, drive more calls, and convert more of those calls to reservations -- which captures more data, targets their customers' marketing, and leads to closing yet additional calls.
