MASERGY Enhances Global Partner Program and Customer Experience With Addition of Telecom Veteran Todd Bahner

Bahner will strategically design and manage channel relationships to improve overall channel performance, attract and retain high-quality partners and maximize solutions for customers. Key elements of his role include designing structural aspects of global channels, managing formal and informal rules governing behaviors of various channel members, including coordination, control and conflict resolution, as well as monitoring performance and plans.
